Honest review of DEVMO EGR Vacuum Solenoid Valve F63Z9J459AA Compatible with Ford Lincoln Mercury Contour E150 E250 E350 Escape Expedition Explorer Heritage @ $22.99 at time of order and was as pictured in the ad.This was ordered for a 2002 Ford Taurus that had the gas cap warning light continually lit on the instrument cluster. This produced code P0457 using an OBD scanner. This part was the most common cause of this code being produced. Before the scan (I did not have access to a scanner at that point), I had tried a new OEM gas cap, but the light came back on.This part arrived well packaged and was undamaged even though the Amazon delivery driver tossed it from several feet away onto my porch. This part fit exactly as it should have and, after 3 days of about 150 miles of driving, seems to have resolved the warning light. This part also improved some of what felt like misfires resulting from the vacuum leakage in the old part. I liked that the price seemed reasonable especially since it seems to be working well and no longer throwing codes. It was available with Amazon Prime shipping, returns and refunds too. It was as pictured in the ad on the Amazon page, so I did not photograph it. It was also on sale with a 5% coupon applied at checkout.Hopefully this honest review helps someone decide about this product.5 stars
