Iris Caddis – Gray

The Iris Caddis in gray is often the key to catching lots of fish during a caddis hatch. The top wing case has a white coloring which gives it high visibility and just the right amount of floatation. Guides and anglers love this trout fly for the way it can be fished. A variety of methods can be used but even when fished alone on a dead drift, this emerger gets hit hard. Having a few of these in your box is a good idea, as they get beat up over time with the high number of strikes during a season.
