I have purchased these twice now. They are pretty easy to put together and plenty sturdy for most things that would fit into them. The directions were great, even if you don’t follow them right it’s really easy to correct your mistake(s) & get back on track. They also came with plenty of spare parts which made it feel like a higher end good value.They have made a huge difference in my closet organization. My shelf above the hanging bar is way more functional now too. I wish there were more options to buy the varieties independently though.I’m mostly using them for shoes & boots. For that purpose stacking them 4 high is plenty safe 7 sturdy.The open box version is obviously the better option for larger items, and I find it to be a great way to stack & store my folded novelty t-shirts so they get air and are easier to see & select. Two handle over a couple dozen like this easily.The style with one little box and then an “L” shape works good for putting one pair of shoes stacked in the little box, a pair kept in the shoebox and then another pair stacked & sitting on the shoe box in the remaining open space.The two shelf works well for my boots on their sides with one going each direction.The 4 box split works well for 4 stacked pairs.The only one that I needed to use a little differently was the one designed to have one side open vertical & the other with a split shelf. Since the vertical space isn’t useful to me I turned this one on its side and just used the split ‘shelf’ as a divider. This gave me another place for boots and 2 more stacked shoes.This gave me organization &control over 14 pairs of shoes & 3 pairs of boots and my novelty t-shirts. The second is going to help me make sense of some other useful things that are stuck in drawers that really need to be more accessible.Zip ties are used to attach the boxes to each other and you have total control over how you choose to arrange and attach them with the zip ties or not. I connected all of mine just in pairs so they are easier to move around and configure.I was worried the material would be cheap and flimsy, but I think it is just right for what it is designed to do. They’re a good value for the $$ especially since you can change how they are configured any time. I expect them to last as long as I want to keep using them. An inexpensive closet organizer option to get the most out of your available space.
