Pushrod Tube Seal Kit – 1 Cyl Seal Kit for NEW Continental Cylinder

PUSH ROD TUBE SEAL KIT                 FOR        NEW  STYLE CONTINENTAL CYLINDER   Kit is for One (1) cylinder.      –   Our silicone rubber gaskets and seals are made from aerospace         mechanical grade AMS silicone and designed to withstand          temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.       –    Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up           like  cork or neoprene.       –    Our gaskets seal uneven and warped surfaces and           eliminate corrosion.    –    Gaskets are 100% reusable. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Part #:  RG-200-D One Cylinder Kit Kit contains 2 each of the following parts: RG-630286 (O-Ring – upper seal) RG-641607 (lower black seal)    RG-629711 (crown washer) NOTE:  Lower seal and washer must be used together One side of black seal has a slightly domed shaped and the crown washer is conical shaped and fits this surface perfectly.   INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:  –   Install O-ring (upper seal)  –   Lubricate Black seal lightly with Bearing Guard – Part # RG-BG1  –   Install TCM flat washer in crankcase then install black “seal” with        the flat side to case.  –    Install the crown washer with curved side towards the spring.   Proudly made in the USA.
