Solid, dark-stained pieces of Siam Oak and Indian Lilac wood are layered to create the impression that the cajon is both two-dimensional and three-dimensional at the same time. But this instrument is no party trickmade with natural materials and crafted to the same standard as all LP percussion instruments, this cajon projects huge bottom end, while six angle-mounted guitar strings provide enhanced “snap” and “crack” for multiple dimensions of sound.
