I am sorry to hear your purchase is not as expected, pearls come with different shades, tones and orients and no two are ever the same. Freshwater peacock pearls especially, range in colour from hues of greens, greys, gunmetal, blues, brown and reds more noticeable than with white pearls. If you wish to return your product for an exchange or refund, please follow our ‘Returns & Exchanges’ process. We understand it can be difficult to be absolutely sure when shopping online and actual colours may vary due to the nature of pearls, which is why we operate an ‘if you don’t love it, send it back’ policy.
