This set is called the Second set of Zobet/solfeggio forks because most solfeggio tuning fork practitioners who have already invested in the most widely known set of 6 or 9 solfeggio is called the First set, even though the first frequency of the set of 9 is 174Hz which is higher than this set which starts at 147Hz.  I trust that helps clarify the name for this set.
